Expanding the hotel portfolio by fund scheme (including principal investment), with a view to listing J-REIT, to the level of 100 billion Japanese Yen (based on asset under management) by 2020
Currently we have invested and been entrusted approximately 800 rooms in view of the number of rooms, and are undertaking new plans for approximately 600 rooms. We are also considering further new pipelines.
Establishing a system to provide hotel development, fund raising and operation as one stop
- Providing hotel operation corresponding to market segment from “budget” class to “upper-middle” class
- Strengthening operational know-how through partnership with international hotel management companies that specialize in hotel management
- Developing hotels mainly in large cities such as Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo, and other areas where we can feel history and culture
- By 2020, we aim at the sales turnover of Hotel W Management, Inc., subsidiary of Wealth Management, Inc., to be 10 billion Yen level.
